People are seldom called "animals" unless it is some specific species, such as pig or snake or rat or tiger, etc. Sometimes these are compliments and sometimes they are insults.

I might have green eyes but they are pretty slanty for a white guy. Most people think I'm some kind of Mexican or south American euro mix, at least until winter comes back. Then my hair darkens and my skin gets lighter and I look more Asian. But I also look white and have had some folks totally miss it....and I hear the foul shit that comes out when they don't realize I'm one of those penny pinching gooks you just can't trust because gooks are fuckin' sneaky ya know?? But I never have problems with banks or services either...totally take advantage of AA policies from going to school to having the USDA help me set up my first orchard.
