However, if you count all the countries where SOCOM has US military personal carrying out little sneaky acts of violence, the figure is apparently a staggering 134 nations. And the OP is completely correct in his denunciation of Obama. Rather than trying to figure out what a "war" is, we could instead look at violations of international law, and Obama orders those on a more or less daily basis. He wasn't the first POTUS to make the US a rogue nation, but he has sort of perfected it.
