When insulting someone's intelligence it helps if spell the words you're using correctly.

No, not really. As I touched on in another thread, many Americans are poor spellers. Its not an issue of intelligence. English spelling is idiotic. Its only a test of whether someone has a photographic memory, not of real intelligence to analyze a problem and craft useful solutions.

Many people today learned to read using the whole word method rather than phonics which is one of the roots of the problem (but by no means the whole problem as even using phonics English spelling is irregular in many cases).

Personally, I think Weiner should weather the storm and stay on. So does Huma, so I'm told. Even Hillary said it was the right thing to do. No laws were broken. Sure, it wasn't exactly a class act, but far worse has been done by members of both parties, our judges, former presidents, etc.

Yeah, he should stay put. It's not like a bunch of P.R. firms are going to hire him or he would land a big job as a lobbyist or with a prestigious law firm. Huma is an expensive girl. She likes the good life and those manilla envelopes coming in every week sure help make ends meet.

Anyway, he should write a letter requesting the House to grant him 30 days to deal with personal issues, let the bullshit die down, and quietly resume his committee assignments. First thing, however, he has to meet with Pelosi and beg forgiveness. She's been asked before by other, far worse offenders, and has granted absolution in purely personal cases.

He should stay on.

But CNN or MSNBC will.
