thinking obama is starting to feel desperate
America's oldest active-duty warship, the world's first nuclear-powered aircraft carrier, and the US Navy's longest ship - the USS Enterprise - and its Strike Group are even now approaching the Suez Canal on their way to the Strait of Hormuz and then into the Sea of Oman, abutting the Islamic Republic of Iran, where they will join two other American aircraft carriers and their respective Strike Groups: the USS Abraham Lincoln and the USS John C. Stennis...
...never before have 3 American aircraft carriers been grouped so near Iran; it is said that one-fifth of the world's oil is transported through the Straight of Hormuz.
Besides America's full-sized carriers, the US also has numerous amphibious carriers deployed to the Sea of Oman, and just yesterday US Central Command ordered four more Navy minesweepers to the area...
...bringing the total number to 8.
This mission is to be the Enterprise's last...
...the Enterprise's first action after being commissioned in 1962 was to assist in enforcing the blockade of Cuba during the Cuban Missile Crisis in October of that same year. It is scheduled to be decommissioned this December and then stripped and salvaged for scrap.

I said that some time ago. He's batting .000 and desperately needs something to make him look good. Everything he does either backfires or proves what an arrogant, dishonest jerk he truly is.
His support on Lit has all but disappeared. Every thread critical of their Messiah is met with personal attacks, straw man issues, or lies. They know he's been a disaster. I'm guessing a lot of them won't even bother voting in November.

I can see that, to use the Enterprise as bait. Sadly, I don't think Obama values the lives of the Military and is willing to use the Military as pawns in his desperation goal of reelection
