OAP -- I also have arthritis in my hands, have for some years now. I take regular doses of ibuprofen (anti-inflammatory) and acetaminophen (soreness) and that helps a lot. Although I like to play golf, I have to limit my playing because the hands complain mightily if I overdo. Yes, much typing gets tiring. And then, there is a limit to how much stroking activity I can manage in a single session...

I feel kinda dumb that I had never tried tylenol for the pain until you said something, I guess it's because it never worked on anything else. Anyway, after reading your post I tried it & it does take the edge off, so THANK YOU!

Wayyyyy too long! Unfortunately, I won't be able to misbehave the way I had planned, I just bought a new laptop & the cam sucks

Hands are still the same, doctor says Raynaud's syndrome, I say arthritis.
