It's a sort of S&M-themed restaurant. You know how Hard Rock Cafe has a rock-and-roll theme? La Nouvelle Justine has an S&M theme. Last I knew it was at 101 East Second Street, but call ahead to make sure it's still around...it might have closed. The phone number in the out-of-date "Sexy NYC" book I have is (212) 673-8908.
