Carbon tax - AKA Gas & diesel tax, heating oil and natural gas tax. There may be a few other things as well but I haven't read the actual bill yet.

He should lead his state in setting an example, allowing his children to live while in the rest of the nation, they drop like flies. He should immediately do everything he can to shut down his State's economy starting with taxing all non-green energy out of business, you know, the old strategy of, they can still produce energy, but it will be too expensive to sell, after all, this is a free country.
