Most people know who Devin Nunes is. He's the guy who scurried away in the middle of the night to read a classified document no one knew existed at an insecure location, then leaked its contents to the press.

Of late he had been harping to read the highly sensitive document the Justice Department used to justify investigating the con artist for his collusion with Russia during the campaign. Nunes ranted on and on that the redacted version he had received, redacted to protect sources and methods of investigation, wasn't good enough. He wanted the full, unredacted document to read and if he didn't access to it, he'd show he really wasn't interested in the truth or justice by going after Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

Now this was all for show since it has been known for some time it was George Papadopolous' comment to Alexander Downder, Australia's top diplomat in London, that Russia had dirt on Hillary Clinton is what set the Justice Department hot on the trail of the corrupt con artist.

That said, after all his bloviations, Nunes has admitted that when he was given complete and unfettered access to the document he had been demanding to read for so long, he didn't bother to read any of it.

Yes, you read correctly. When getting what he wanted, Nunes read nothing. According to reports, Nunes -- sitting with a copy of the document in an unopened folder directly in front of him -- opted not to read it, according to four sources with knowledge of the situation.

When asked to comment on his lack of reading, Nunes would only lie, "You know I don't talk to you about this stuff."

It should be noted that Trey Gowdy, the Republican chairman of the House Oversight Committee, has also read the document and stands fully behind Mueller's ongoing investigation and eventual conviction of the con artist. "As Chairman Gowdy has said many times, he fully supports Special Counsel Mueller's investigation, and believes Mueller should be given the time, the independence, and the resources to conduct a thorough investigation," said Gowdy spokeswoman Amanda Gonzalez.

That not a word has come out what the Justice Department document said lends even more weight to the undeniable fact it was Papadopolus, and not the Republican generated Steele dossier, who was the match which lit the flame of justice.
