Was never taken up by SCOTUS. Universal injunctions were.
Yes, they avoided ruling on the underlying constitutional issue, which they’ll have to get to sooner or later.

The judiciary was put back in their lane.

Biden not enforcing immigration laws, completely bastardizing the parole process, repealing the remain in Mexico policy, failure to extend title 42, invited an onslaught of migrants that no amount of border patrol personnel could handle the crisis Biden’s DHS created.

How many migrants died needlessly on Biden’s watch?

This is the only furtherance I have left of this conversation, democrats were calling for Trump’s impeachment even before he was inaugurated in 2017. I was never a big fan of Trump but when I watched democrats and the FBI mobilize to initiate a soft coup, set on destroying Trump’s administration my opinion of the Democratic Party changed. Since then the unethical behavior of the Democrats has only worsened.
