Was never taken up by SCOTUS. Universal injunctions were.

Yes, they avoided ruling on the underlying constitutional issue, which they’ll have to get to sooner or later.

Biden not enforcing immigration laws, completely bastardizing the parole process, repealing the remain in Mexico policy, failure to extend title 42, invited an onslaught of migrants that no amount of border patrol personnel could handle the crisis Biden’s DHS created.

How many migrants died needlessly on Biden’s watch?

Get off your condescending, fake altruistic, morally challenged pedestal. Your above underlined narrative gives more credence to illegal migrants than our own national security. Overwhelming the system is not immigration, it’s allowing an invasion which will take decades to remedy.

We can be a compassionate nation when migrants come through the front door and are vetted in a responsible and fair manner.
