Never been to a nude beach... but stayed at a nudist colony in CA before.
Fell asleep by the pool nekkid and sunburnt my breasts so badly I could not wear anything for 2 weeks. Had to extend my stay there cause I could not drive home topless.

Are you looking at a nude beach as a social experience or as a place to get your jollies?

I will answer that as politely as possible. 99% of Nude beaches are naturist habitats. I would not want to think I would have to look out for my children who were brought up in the naturalist lifestyle to have to be afraid that some pervert was lurking at them. If you want to have some kind of sexual fix by going to a nude beach you better re-think going any where there are family's present.

Give the guy a break... all he asked was for us to share our experiences... he did not ask anyone to pimp 12 year old girls for him.
I have been to a few nude beaches... my EXPERIENCE there was not that much different than a regular beach. except almost everyone was naked.
Now there are a few "ADULT" beaches around, if you can find them... I guess you would put them on the order of an adult swingers club, for lack of better phrasing.

Came on one unexpectedly once. That's quite a treat. Moored the boat offshore at a new beach and swam in. Came up out of the surf right into a beautiful set of bare bosoms. I have nothing against nudist or the lifestyle but if your afraid that you kids are going to be looked at at a nudist beach, maybe just maybe they shouldnt be naked in public! Thats like saying I want my kids to play in the street but I dont want anyone to drive on that street.

As usual I have to agree with almost everything Kandi writes. [Girl, you've got a head on your shoulders and aren't afraid to use it - I really like that.
As a former director of a "Clothing Optional" resort in the Topanga Canyon area of L.A. I can state categorically that we rarely had any "perverts" come to the facility to "oggle" the kids - and never more than once. We had some damn big "bouncers" that made sure of that, and being naked themselves didn't make them any less tough or dangerous to the potential "weirdos". Sure, we had people who came there just to see "nekkid" women (or men, as the case may be) but the novelty soon wore off and they tended to just relax and enjoy themselves. I've found the same to be true of most nude beaches and resorts that I have been too.
It's also a proven phenomenon that very few men actually even get an erection at the resorts and beaches, never mind sustaining them for any length of time. And rapes and/or child abuse is practically unheard of. People who are truely committed to nudist activities tend to be very protective of their own.

There is an unregulated nude beach in my county. This is the type of place where families who enjoy social nudism have to come out in numbers. It is the only way to be safe. I have gone out there twice. Both times, the numbers of people driveing their cars up and down the beach (several with camcorders or cameras) outnumbered the nudists.

If a parent is truly worried about some "sicko" leering at their child of any age, then they shouldn't take them to a public nude beach. Simple as that.
Because there are child molesters, etc. I think the "naturists" should take that into consideration. You can't stop a person from having impure thoughts. Besides, most men would behave themselves because it would be quite "evident" when their friend does a "pop goes the weasel." Ha, ha!!!!!
