My understanding is that THIS is a community that, at least in theory, respects the agency of women and their right to decide when and how to share their images. So, I feel that we belong here, where we can enjoy pictures of women who have made the conscious and deliberate decision to share their beauty.
Whereas, there certainly are other sites that seem to share your perspective.

I love being nude at a beach or anywhere outdoors! I’m bi so love the scenery from all points of view! Have had some sexy hot fun at nude beaches!

People at nude beaches do need to be aware of this risk
but going to a nude beach is not the same as volunteering to have your body shared around the world.

Unfortunately, being nude on a public, semi-public beach removes your option to take action other than verifying that an image of you is on the site and requesting it be removed. They have to do so in most cases, if I'm not mistaken.

I'm not bi, but being in the lifestyle we both openly and respectfully admire and talk to each other about those we see, men and women alike, clothed or naked.

It is refreshing to be able to tell her about a striking woman I saw, or even a guy that is very well endowed (nude beach or our club) and tell her about it, sometimes go find them so she can see for herself.

No jealousy on either side, which is a 180 from both of our past relationships.

It is the policy of LIt that no pictures of people are to be posted without the consent of the person in teh picture.
That is a very difficult policy to enforce, but they don't do it because the law requires it. They do it because the moderators of this site are decent people.
 
I grew up living on the beach. I liked to wander the beach in the nude. Back then most women were topless, and nudity was common as well even though nudity is technically illegal. Because there are so many beaches here...I mean thousands of kilometre to choose there are many beaches that are almost empty so then, as now, you can find beaches where you can be nude and authorities aren't going to bother you.
Anyway...I still love going to the beach, walk about, swim, masturbate openly, met others, enjoy their company. Most nudists are pretty free wheeling so that enjoyment can be pretty wild. Guys, girls and couples.

You get to know which beaches are favoured by what type of people that enjoy that area. Some beaches a popular for guys open to other guys, some more couples or families.

My family enjoy the freedom of nudity at the beach as well.

I wasn't speaking to Lit's policy. I was addressing the legality. Most would agree that the practice of taking and selling/posting is in poor taste.
