About a hour before you go to bed, run a really warm bath.... place a 1/2 cup to a cup of salt in the water... Mixe it really well... then soak for about a 1/2 hour to an hour.... this will cause the muscles to relax and the body to start its nightly shut down...... What the salt does is makes the water like salt water which in turns causes you to float and relieves more pressure on the body and also the body will asorb the salt and help with mositore....

Not good..... she has to go in for more test... but we are slowly getting to the point of sleep for her.... she is taking a nice drug... which I will send the info to you for...

She also found out she may get breast cancer.. lala...but we will find out how things are going again next month as more cutting a slicing begins
