Noticing a trend

I have spent alot of time reading through different sections of literotica and it seems that i have found a trend in the styles. Many of the stories that I have read outside the BDSM category still carry the D/s theme. Do not get me wrong i happen to enjoy it completely and there are some fabulous D/s writers out here. I myself am guilty of the theme but perhaps that is because i am a D/s slave of fourteen years now. I think it is wonderful to see the lifestyle so explored and expressed here and i do hope it continues.

I imagine that you're seeing seduction stories as D/s: one person the agressor, the other person the seduced.

You're right. There are a lot of stories like that, although I think people would argue about them being D/s. I wouldn't, because I agree that there's quite a bit of D/s involved in a hot seduction scene: one person imposing their will on the another. But then, most of what I write is BDSM or non-consent, and so I'm always playing around with that dynamic.

Yep Zoot I agree, in fact I'd go so far as to say that in 80% of real life sex acts there's a Dom & a Sub... Someone does the suducing or coercing, and the other partner does the laying back and thinking of England... It only goes into real D/s territory when he/she is beating the shit out of the other and the other is getting off on it.

There's just the 20% where both parties are ripping each others clothes off with wild abandon, (usually both drunk), and no real seduction is used by either... Been there too few times personally.

No what hellcat means is not seduction but stories containing Master and slave. there are many Master/slave stories outside the BDSM a perfect example is hellcat's favorite Dragon Master by PassionStJohn in the non human section. hellcat knows the difference between seduction and simple agressors and Master/slave relations
