Nothing Pending After Submission

I submitted a story yesterday which is part of a series. The first time I submitted it, I got an error because my Internet was down. My wireless adapter for my PC has been giving me problems recently. Not a big deal as I had the story saved. So I reposted it and it asked me if I wanted to return to author's dashboard as it normally does and I did and it wasn't listed as pending. So I submitted it a second time and it is still not listed as pending.

Should I try posting it again? Or does it take time to show up in pending? My recollection publishing previous stories was that it shows up in pending right after its been submitted. Right now it says 30 published, 0 drafts, 0 pending, 0 sent back.

It should show up immediately. If it's still saying 0 drafts and 0 pending, it didn't go into the queue somehow. You might try going to the pending tab and making sure it isn't there. Otherwise, I'd say you're headed back to the submission form.

I just tried submitting it through the process outlined here: https://literotica.com/faq/series/adding-to-series where you save it as a draft first and in the draft section you hit the button to add it to a series. It doesn't work as none of the four series I have show up. But I resubmitted it through the regular way and now it shows as pending so it should be good.

At least you got it safely in the queue. :D I've never tried adding something to a series at publication yet. I've been doing it after it posts. I'm always up in the wee hours when everything goes live, so it's not missing the series section for long, and it's there well before most people see it.
