I've always been a huge fan of Horace Silver, who doesn't seem to get much recognition these days but is still going strong at age 82. He's written so many great songs, but this one is a true classic:

Something A Little Different

Jacques Loussier is a classical trained musician. His recordings are aunique interpretation with a very jazzy feel. Has a very exciting dummer and bassist behind him.
