Not an editor- a guide, please.

I'm a Newbie here. I haven't read all the contents of the board, so feel free to torch me, but I'm kinda looking for an editor-type person. I kin spull reel gud annai pungchweit wel enuf, but I really need a female eye over my stories to supply me with realism. I'd say I'm looking for a reality consultant to tell me "that's gotta feel bad" or "that's how I'd really like to do it".
I'm not looking for anything else as I have a gent editing already, so if any women would like to accept work to cast a consultative eye over, I'd be delighted.
