America is admitting that what Trump is doing, is just plain wrong.

But, there are some that have a stake in telling lies, and covering up the truth.

Trump gets his revenge on leaders that insist on Democracy and Law

NYC was one of the first victims of coronavirus- Did Trump help his former home combat
coronavirus ? No, Trump punished NYC- Those are Trump rules. Protect Trump, and get
rewards, don't protect Trump, and get punishment.

Trump's order to cities-
"Do it my way, and help me to get Credit for bringing "law and order"
to BLM protest sites. Help me to continue to cultivate a Pro-Trump cult
inside police forces."(The Border Patrol police force is happy to maim and kill protesters.)
Trump signals his illegal civilian para-military militia, into cities that do not cave in to him.
The Trump goons blocking polling places are a nasty reminder that Trump asked them to.

New York City seems to be handling BLM matter protests and coronavirus in their own way.
Trump abused and interfered with Portland, Oregon, and Seattle because of his public image.
Why did Trump attack peaceful protesters given medical attention in a church yard ?
He needed publicity to prove that he was not a coward hiding from BLM protesters.
It proved the opposite- Trump chose to use brutal para-military weapons on unarmed people.

Trump abandoned NYC for Florida, because NYC insisted on sticking to the law,
and Trump has legal troubles.

Headline! Feds threaten funds to NYC, Seattle and Portland over unrest

The Justice Department identified New York City, Portland, Oregon, and Seattle
as three cities that could have federal funding slashed under a memorandum by
President Donald Trump that sought to identify localities that permit “anarchy,
violence and destruction in American cities.”

The designation, which could open the door for the federal government to cut off
some funding to the cities, drew immediate criticism from local elected officials.
It comes as Trump throughout the summer has cast American cities run by Democratic
mayors as under siege by violence and lawlessness, despite the fact that most of the
demonstrations against racial injustice have been largely peaceful.

The Justice Department said the three cities were designated because they meet four
main criteria, including “whether a jurisdiction forbids the police force from intervening
to restore order amid widespread or sustained violence or destruction” and whether the
city “disempowers or defunds police departments.”

This is not right, this is all wrong!

The FBI is stepping in, because it has become political-as-fuck!

A grand jury has announced criminal charges against a single Louisville, Kentucky police
officer in the March 13 killing of Breonna Taylor. The charges are against former officer
Brett Hankison and include wanton endangerment.

No homicide charges were announced.

They’re basically saying that shooting at #BreonnaTaylor WAS LIKE SHOOTING INTO THE AIR.

Black Lives could not matter LESS to these people.

Oh, I missed this quote from Cameron: "Justice is not always easy. It does not conform
to public opinions." So, funny thing, the whole POINT of trial-by-jury is to make justice
CONFORM to PUBLIC OPINIONS about what constitutes JUSTICE.

On March 13, Louisville police officers shot Taylor, 26, at least eight times while serving
a “no-knock” narcotics search warrant at her home as part of a narcotics investigation into
her former boyfriend, Jamarcus Glover. However, Glover had been arrested earlier that night
in a different location and were found in Taylor's home. Did not live there.

The police officers — Jonathan Mattingly, Myles Cosgrove and Brett Hankinson —
were placed on administrative reassignment after the shooting, and Hankison
was later fired.

BET TV

1 officer indicted in Breonna Taylor case; not for her death

Sept. 22: Louisville police set up blockades downtown in anticipation of Cameron's announcement.

At a news conference, state Attorney General Daniel Cameron said Hankison and the
two other officers who entered Taylor’s apartment announced themselves before entering
the apartment and did not use a no-knock warrant. This is a lie!

“According to Kentucky law, the use of force by (Officers Jonathan Mattingly and
(Myles) Cosgrove was justified to protect themselves. This justification bars us from
pursuing criminal charges in Miss Breonna Taylor’s death.”They lied.

Regarding the inevitable disappointment by those who wanted criminal charges brought
in Taylor’s death, he remarked, “The decision before my office as the special prosecutor
in this case was not to decide if the loss of Ms. Taylor’s life was a tragedy. The answer
to that is unequivocally yes.”

Cameron added that, “I understand that Breonna Taylor’s death is part of a national story, but the facts and evidence in this case are different than others” involving police shootings.

“If we simply act on emotion or outrage, there is no justice,” Cameron said. “Mob justice is not justice. Justice sought by violence is not justice. It just becomes revenge.”

He added that the FBI is still investigating potential violations of federal law in the case.

A Republican, Cameron is the state’s first Black state attorney general and a protege of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell who has been tagged by some as his heir apparent. His was also one of 20 names on President Donald Trump’s list to fill a future Supreme Court vacancy.

https://www.columbian.com/news/2020/sep/23/grand-jury-to-present-report-in-breonna-taylors-death/

Taylor, an emergency medical worker, was shot multiple times by officers who entered her home using a no-knock warrant during a narcotics investigation. The warrant used to search her home was connected to a suspect who did not live there, and no drugs were found inside. The use of no-knock warrants has since been banned by Louisville’s Metro Council.

Cameron’s office had been receiving materials from the Louisville Police Department’s public integrity unit while they tried to determine whether state charges would be brought against the three officers involved, he said.

Before charges were brought, Hankison was fired from the city’s police department on June 23. A termination letter sent to him by interim Louisville Police Chief Robert Schroeder said the white officer had violated procedures by showing “extreme indifference to the value of human life” when he “wantonly and blindly” shot 10 rounds of gunfire into Taylor’s apartment in March.

Mostly lies.

.

You left out Trump calling for Police officers to abuse handcuffed prisoners.

Remember when he said on video he thought that police were "too nice" when putting people into police cruisers after being arrested and handcuffed, and encouraged them to be "rough" with them???

That speaks directly to what happened in the George Floyd case.

As for Breooma Taylor, there was never going to be any justice other than the no knock warrant laws being changed, and that in itself is a major victory.

Her death wasn't totally in vain, though it is still such a waste.

The cops did knock. The cops were shot at. FACTS MATTER.

Kentucky AG Daniel Cameron says that the night #BreonnaTaylor died, police did knock and announce themselves before Breonna’s boyfriend shot at them. This fact was verified by an independent witness to the events who lived nearby.

So you "Defund the police" folks are mad because Trump is giving you exactly what you want and defunding your police?? LOL

Sounds like NYC, Seattle and Portland better start being all about that democracy and rule of law they allegedly stand by and start enforcing it.

You guys want to defund your police and let lefties just do WHATEVER the fuck they want while you flagrantly VIOLATE the rights of the working citizens and non-progressives?

You want to aid and assist illegal migrants in violating out customs and immigration laws???

You lose funding.

You fail to comply with or enforce the law in your town?

You lose funding.

Anarchy for me and heavy handed regulation for thee???

You lose funding.

Have you and the other "Progressives" figured it out yet?? Or do the beatings need to continue until morale improves?? :D

How??? What's Trumps opinion got to do with Floyd OD'ing??

The cops did knock. The cops were shot at. FACTS MATTER.

The police fraudulently obtained a no-knock warrant.

The only person who matters; Kenneth Walker, said he didn't hear the police announce themselves, which makes sense since the officers were operating under a NO KNOCK WARRANT.

The fact that only one shot was fired by Mr. Walker at the lower part of the door suggests that his warning shot explanation is believable, thus supporting the conclusion that the rest of his statement is believable. If he was really trying to kill the police who had announced themselves, he would have unloaded his gun. The warning shot evidence also proves that Mr. Walker was aware that someone was outside his door but was not aware it was the police.

The idea that police would go through the trouble of obtaining a no knock warrant and then announce themselves is absurd.

Your lie about neighbors saying that the police announced themselves is just that.

A lie.

SAD!!!

as i understand it (and i could have misheard the news report) 'wanton endangerment' can carry a jail term up to 20 years.
so they've paid off the family in a private settlement (does that come from taxpayers' dollars?) to the tune of 12 million, probably hoping money would ease the sense of injustice that is inevitable when only one of the cops were charged with a crime that will see its day in court. money doesn't do a damned thing to blunt the pain in this situation.

The cops did knock. The cops were shot at. FACTS MATTER.
yes, yes they do.

Kentucky AG Daniel Cameron says that the night #BreonnaTaylor died, police did knock and announce themselves before Breonna’s boyfriend shot at them. This fact was verified by an independent witness to the events who lived nearby.
1 witness claims they heard the cops announce once, which goes against the cops' own reports, while 11 other witnesses claimed not to have heard them announce themselves at all.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shooting_of_Breonna_Taylor
"While the department had gotten court approval for a 'no-knock' entry, the orders were changed before the raid to 'knock and announce,' meaning that the police had to identify themselves."[2] According to the police account[3][4] and a witness at the scene, the officers knocked and announced their identity before forcing entry, but the police and the witness differ as to how they announced themselves. Taylor's boyfriend, Kenneth Walker, and 11 other witnesses deny that the officers announced themselves at all.[5]
A New York Times investigation concluded that a neighbor heard the officers shout "Police!" once (contrary to what law enforcement told investigators) and knocked three times, while 11 other neighbors heard no announcement. Every witness account conflicts with law enforcement's.

Not to liberals. Not when they disprove the current narrative.
the cops claim they knocked and announced. only 1 witness confirmed hearing 1 knock and announcement which flies in the face of the cops' account.. yet you choose to give credence to this 1 witness where 11 others say there was no knock or announcement? why is that?

So the DA and the Grand Jury ignored facts? Why?

.

Silly Jilly, you aren't really that naive are you???

CYA is in full effect here.

The request for the no knock warrant was fucked up from the beginning and it should never have been granted.

The officers involved in the shooting shouldn't be the main focus in this case, though the maniac that went full Dirty Harry should be facing some serious charges.

This is the exact opposite of the situation where there WAS justification to obtain warrants to surveil members of the Trump campaign. In that case they had more than enough justification to obtain a warrant. In the Breonna Taylor case they had very little, and they were authorized to use deadly force, whereas the Trump campaign surveillance was benign and posed no risk of death to the subjects.

Of course when it involved Trump it was a travesty, but when it involved the mirder of an innocent black woman it was justice.

You fucks honestly make me laugh at your blatant hypocrisy and your selective outrage.

SAD!!!

Trump is, again, calling for his illegal, civilian, pretend para-miltary goons to
"provide security" for polling places during the vote.

Of course, it is happening in states where the police force steps on members of the minority
communities as if they were ants, and not tax- payers (unwillingly supply funds for Trump's
magical mystery campaign tour on Air Force One and Marine One.) Law against
intimidation of voters will not be enforced any time, soon.

Under the heading of- "You don't say!"/ end sarcasm sequence

According to interviews with more than two dozen current and former officials in the Trump
administration, Donald Trump’s behavior in private is … exactly what you might expect, as
reported by Greg Miller of The Washington Post-

In unguarded moments with senior aides, President Trump has maintained that Black
Americans have mainly themselves to blame in their struggle for equality, hindered
more by lack of initiative than societal impediments, according to current and former
U.S. officials.

After phone calls with Jewish lawmakers-
Trump has muttered that Jews “are only in it for themselves” and “stick together”
in an ethnic allegiance that exceeds other loyalties, officials said.

Trump’s private musings about Hispanics match the vitriol he has displayed in public,
and his antipathy to Africa is so ingrained that when first lady Melania Trump planned
a 2018 trip to that continent he railed that he “could never understand why she would
want to go there.

As Miller’s article points out-
Trump isn’t the first racist President we’ve ever had. He is, however, the first incumbent
President in living memory who has explicitly made racism the cornerstone of not only
his tenure in office but his re-election campaign as well.

Allegations of racism have marked Trump’s presidency and become key issue as election nears

After rolling back regulations designed to encourage affordable housing for minorities,
Trump declared himself the champion of the “Suburban Lifestyle Dream.” He ordered
aides to revamp racial sensitivity training at federal agencies so that it no longer refers
to “White privilege.” In a speech at the National Archives on Thursday, Trump vowed
to overhaul what children are taught in the nation’s schools — something only states
have the power to do — while falsely claiming that students are being “fed lies about
America being a wicked nation plagued by racism.”

The America envisioned by these policies and pronouncements is one dedicated to
preserving a racial hierarchy that can be seen in Trump’s own Cabinet and White House
both overwhelmingly white and among the least diverse in recent U.S. history.

When AOC (Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez), Omar, Pressley, Tlaib, arrived in DC
House of Representatives official hearing rooms, the contrast was startling.
So many old white men! Beautiful jewels surrounded by living white marble.

New York City seems to be handling BLM matter protests and coronavirus in their own way.

Seemingly by not prosecuting those that break the law, releasing criminals with no bail so they can offend again, which many have, letting assault, shooting and murder rates skyrocket and letting the thugs have free sway.

Why would anyone suggest they get Federal funding to help them with this? People are leaving the city in record numbers, drug users and pedophiles are put up in luxury hotels, and the only people who seem ok with all of that are the criminals and the leftists. But I repeat myself.

Now quick, call me names instead of disputing this with facts. Not opinions, not feelings, facts.

Numbers on all this, please. By exactly how much have assault, shooting and murder rates "skyrocketed" in New York?

Some worry that the rhetoric of the presidential campaign is dealing a blow to race relations
in Beltrami County. President Trump at his rally here last week denounced refugees and
praised his nearly all-white crowd’s “good genes” and the state’s pioneers, with no
acknowledgment of the county’s 22% Native population.

“Trump came here because he knows Bemidji is so racist and he’s stirring the pot
for trouble,” said Karen White.

The mayor of Blackduck stepped down after sharing a Facebook meme showing
a blood-soaked vehicle with the caption: “I don’t know what you mean by protesters
on the freeway. I came through no problem.”

Sixty-year-old Bemidji resident Donna Liend said she went back and forth on Facebook
with the friend of a friend who argued that Black people want to take over the country.
“I told him there are outsiders infiltrating peaceful protests and you can’t put that on
the movement,” said Liend, who is white. “He said, ‘You’re such a fool to believe that —
"You’re such a sheep.’
