Not able to log into live chat today 06 June 2023

Hi lit support.
I was in the middle of a conversation when the chat suddenly disconnected. I tried logging in again but I couldn't even click on the log in button.
I'm not sure if I've been banned? As far as I know, I haven't broken any rules.
Please help.

i can't get in either
