North to the Future

Omg! Did they call CPS?
I always carry at least one working flashlight on me at all times and have two within reach in every room.
With a 2 year old, they split up and didn’t stay with their gear…… What the fuck were they expecting? Actually fairly easy to see in the dark once the aurora comes out.

Plus, the easy trail is a snowmachine highway. Why take any other.

I can’t imagine, but they seem pretty dense. Were they tourists?

Today's APD post:

Fam, just a friendly reminder: that white stuff falling from the sky last night? Yeah, it’s called SNOW. Crazy, right? https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/images/emoji.php/v9/t30/3/16/2744.png
It’s slippery, it’s wet (that’s what she said), and it’s everywhere! So let’s all channel our inner Alaskans, slap on our big-kid pants, and maybe—just maybe—drive like we’ve seen snow before. https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/images/emoji.php/v9/t2a/3/16/1f697.pnghttps://static.xx.fbcdn.net/images/emoji.php/v9/t1/3/16/1f4a8.png
We’re super busy over here, and your chaos on the roads is seriously harshing the vibe. Can you help us out, k? Cool, thanks. Stay safe, fam.

We had about 5" of the stuff North of Dallas. Just a drop in the bucket to y'all, but enough to close the schools here.
