Um found this on the interweb... don't ask me how... um doing research on a story... yea thats my story and I am sticking to it.

Way too bizarre not to share. Not sure if it was funny or disturbing. The idea of the leader of that country actually making this speech scares me, but the speech is so over the top I can't help but laugh.

It's most likely actually a fictional presentation. I went looking for a text only version because I couldn't watch the flash presentation. (sometimes that stuff nauseates me when I try to read it.)

But anyway, it's pretty bizarre (from as much as I could watch it) but when I went looking for the original text of the speech, there were tons of references to it being a spoof, but I couldn't find the speech itself.

I couldn't watch that all the way through with the vague suspicion even with my limited knowledge of Kim Jong Il that it may possibly not be a spoof.
