So a quick question. I have many plots and scenarios that tiptoe (and sometimes leap with both feet) into consenting non-consent, as well as just straight nonconsent. My understanding of the guidelines is thats a no-no only if theres the addition of real people, celebs, etc. Did I get that right?? Can I (or my storied proxy) force Issac Imaginary, Brenda Bogus, and Nina Nonexistent to do whatever I make them do, without running afoul of the rules??

Don't name your real life inspirations and you should be okay. Also, don't assume everyone else has the same fan crush you do - most readers won't have a clue/ won't give a fuck who you're on about.

There's one other important rule with nonconsent -- the participants must enjoy it, on at least some level.

This may seem like a weird rule, but there's a logic to it. The Site owners don't want to host stories where readers are getting off to pure rape stories, or where the erotic pleasure comes from reading about characters suffering torture or extreme pain or distress.

If this seems confusing, read some of the highly-rated nonconsent stories here, and you'll start to get the picture.

MissNikkiDomGurl.....SimonDoom is SPOT ON.

In my experience, the rules related to non-con target stories in that category. Stories in other categories that include a non-con or reluctant scene aren't judged as strictly (Must enjoy at some point, etc.)

As a case in point, I have a scene in one of my novels where a woman is brutally, and I mean brutally gang raped to the point where her injuries from it cause her death. It isn't a long scene, and not graphically described beyond briefly documenting what is happening to her, and it is a critical motivation for subsequent events in the story. If I had submitted the chapter containing that scene into the non-con category, it probably wouldn't have been accepted, but because I left it with the remaining chapters in Novels, it passed without comment from Laurel.

No, that actually makes sense, and thankfully, the things Ive already written should pass just fine. I understand the reasonings behind it, and have no issues. I just didn't want to start out in the Literotica Doghouse haha!! Thanks for chiming in, its much appreciated!!!

Interesting.... I imagine Im going to have to more carefully scrutinize the categories, tags, etc a little closer!!! Although so far, the things Ive written and are considering posting will seemingly pass the tripwires that everyone has explained without issue. Im not here to push boundaries or get in trouble, I just want to share some things Ive done, and those Ill do in the future. None of my other media outlets are even close to ideal for it, so here I am!!
Thanks for the input, its very much appreciated!!!
