I bought this 'automatic alarm clock' (AAC) a couple of years back. The premise was that the clock would , keep perfect time and wake me at the time I set. The AAC did automatically adjust itself. Not to the correct time mind you, but automatic none the less. In my mind, 'perfect time' means correct time, not some sort of time determined by the AAC. In addition, the AAC would automatically re-adjust the time, whenever the AAC wanted to re-adjust the time.

I took the piece of shit AAC back to the store where I bought it and they told me that it was out of warranty. I politely told the clerk that the lying AAC was of no use to me and why didn't he just shove it up his ass?" I then purchased a non-AAC alarm clock, that requires that I (gasp, eek) MANUALLY (God bless the mark) set the time. I'm now back in the waking up game.

I would like to say, "You shall not crucify mankind upon a cross of automatic alarm clocks!"

(The store told me that I needed to come back and pick up my AAC. I told them "No way, not after your clerk shoved it up his ass.")
