Put it as non/erotic because while the genie would find it sexy I don’t know/think if readers would find it sexy.

Could be Genie likes granting wishes then spying on the person who wished it: they know people are so used to monkey paw stories that no matter how well thought out the wish is, they spend it wondering when the twist is coming (so he gets off on watching them squirm). You could play around more with the concept.

Though not all, many genies are renown for granting the wish in the worst way possible. Wish for a billion rupees, their value instantly plummets to unusable. Wish that your marriage is the best day ever? You die the next day so you can't have any better ones. Instead of that, what if the genie granted your wish in the most sexual way possible? Your wish for a lot of money is granted, but only if you take the opportunities that come along. Later you'll get offered a lot of money for sex, or the opportunity to do a strip tease at a local strip club, some rich friends adding way too much money to your underwear.

Alternatively you can make the genie only grant sexual wishes. Either people are depraved and only think of sexual wishes, or it is part of how the wishes work. "You want a new car? Or world peace? I am sorry. I am restricted by my three rules. The rules are simple. First, you only get three wishes. Second, I can't do anything with the dead or people under 18. Third, I only grant your innermost carnal desires. The most basic needs of depravity. Anything to do with the erotic application of the flesh. I like the idea that the genie is a voyeur, and grants wishes in such a way as to put the wisher in sexual situations.
