Seems like every impregnation story is a rape story, with half of those being interracial rape chock full of racist stereotypes. Why aren't there just good, well-written stories about impregnation through consentual sex? Incest impregnation, group impregnation, whatever, I don't care. Why won't anybody write them?

Not really.
I've read some pretty good stories there that involved impregnation through consentual sex, i.e. "Baby", "Our Black Neighbor", "Black Behind The Green Door", etc. Not to mention that I've written two here and on asstr.org called "Nothing Going On But The Rent" (character is pregnant in the story) and "The Merger" (character assumes that she'd conceived a child during her infidelity).
