You’d be hard pressed to find a conviction and jail time for the use of pot without an accompanying more serious violation of a criminal statute. Can anyone substantiate just how many pure pot users are in the federal system based purely on pot usage and no other crime that Biden feels an urgency to create a policy.

According to the US Sentencing Commission, less than 150 people are in federal prison simply for cannabis possession. Biden and Harris are either confused or conflating convictions and incarcerations. Both are often confused.

The number the WH cited is probably convictions, not imprisonment. Lots of criminals plead down to lower crimes such as possession of marijuana in order to avoid charges and risk of conviction of more serious crimes. Others are convicted of possession in addition to more serious crimes.

My point is 30 days before an election and he's going to forgive 150 pot violators. LMFAO! IT TOOK HIM 18 MONTHS TO ACT ON THAT MINOR ISSUE. What a clown show! His priorities are in his ass.
