Just a little game I've been playing with a woman I work with that I thought might be fun to try here.

And no, its not writer related(although I suppose there could be some writer rumors thrown in) but no one seems to take offense to any game type thread.

The game is the thread title "No truth to the rumor" and its based on shows, current events, movies or whatever and its usually silly or sarcastic.

I'll start off with a couple of examples

No truth to the rumor that Aaron Hernandez is now being linked to the disappearance of Jimmy Hoffa

Edited to add the one rule here is that these posts are part of the game and not a launching point for debates and arguments.

Just post your "rumor" and either laugh or roll your eyes at other peoples.
