Lot's of luck finding one. Mirmar is a NAVAL airstation and the Navy doesn't have ny F-15s -- they have F-14s and F-18s. :p

Of course, thas pretty big wagon, so yo'd probably want to sneakup on a B-1B to extract a suitable power plant for it anyway.

right, right...air force only for F-15, right...?

oh, and actually, it is now a Marine Corps only airstation. They moved Top Gun out to the desert a few years back...

I don't know...whatever the single pilot ones that are always buzzing my work are LOL (F-18's I guess)

Actually the F14s have recently been decommissioned. I was GREATLY saddened by this news.

:(

Let's add another four wheels and load the Saturn V on it.

I took the girls shopping today, and in the shopping centre, they had a display... buy a balloon for $2.50, get a 'free' ride on these really kewl mini bikes.

These suckers took up to 80kgs body weight, and the charge lasted for 45 kilometres!!!

The girls were on there for over ten minutes... god I want to get them one each LOL

Imagine taking the kids shopping on battery operated mini bikes.... the putt putt sounds could be heard all throughout the shopping centre. So kewl!!!!!!

A trailer on the back of one and presto... fun shopping LOL

:p

Much to the delight of fellow shoppers, I assume?

Actually, a neighbor at my dad's summer house has something similar to tow their triplets around (two twins and one approx nine months older toddler, but everyone calls them the triplets) in the not very smooth terrain out on the rocky countryside slope paths. A normal baby carriage would just get stuck.

Havng that in your normally flattened and smoothed out suburbian neighborhood would be the equivalent of sporting a SUV with monster truck wheels on the driveway.

I note 1000 pounds load capacity. Just how heavy are your kids? Is this a part of the obesity problem America currently faces?

Just wondering.

Well, my 2 year old is a little pudgy... :p

Actually, every time we have any kind of party, I usually end up dragging at least a few of the kids around in the wagon. Then as soon as I stop, some other ones want a ride.

With this wagon, one ride, all the kids at once, all done. :D

You could found a new chapter of Hell's Shoppers

A neighbor of ours has a small mule and a ground sledge that gets pressed into service every time there's a kid's party in the neighborhood.

I had one of those little Yamaha mini dirt bikes when I was a kid...every kid in the neighborhood had one. We were an auxiliary unit of Hell's Angels, or so the neighborhood must have thought. Tore up yards indiscriminately on our quest for the perfect jump.

VIRGINIA BEACH — The last five of the Navy’s oldest F-14 Tomcats will head to the “bone yard” Sunday, retiring to the dry desert floor of Arizona to join thousands of other aging war birds.

About 80 younger models of the F-14 remain at Oceana Naval Air Station, but all will be gone by about August 2006, replaced by F/A-18 Hornets and Super Hornets.

The "Tomcats" are going to the boneyard, but the "Bombcats" will be around for another year or two.

In related news, the Navy did retire the AIM-54 Pheonix missiles on Sept 30 2004. That means there should soon be some surplus rocket motors (capable of 200 Mile range and Mach 3+ speeds) available for powering our wagon or assisting the tractor in getting it up to speed. :p

I prefer just adding another 4 wheels and loading the Saturn V rocket on it.

Now you're just being silly. That would be dangerous! (All that LOX and LH and such.) :p

Besides, adding four more wheels could be expensive.

Don't you know anything? That's a trailer.

You don't put an engine INTO it, you hook a tractor ONTO it.

A Massey Ferguson judging by color.

That's a wimpy "Mommy Tractor." You can't hook that up to something "a mother wouldn't buy."

If you're going to pull it with a tractor, then it should be a tractor made to PULL things -- like this one:
