A topic, a topic...sleep deprivation, and it's impact on the stressed out mind.
 
I find sleep deprevation on a stressed mind can sometimes be beneficial because it drives the stress beyond its threshold and then the mind becomes unstressed. but only if you deprive yourself of 150 straight hours until then it only makes it worse

150 hours?? A record? Max I have done is a 42 hour stretch...the weekend we delivered the quads. I think I had drool forming on my mouth in the local newspaper photo.
 
No I don't think its a record but that i took both knees out with the handles of my bicycle going about 30 MPH down hill. Bend my knee caps in such a way i was not only able to kick my own ass but could touch my toes to my groin area. They gave me pain stuff while in the hospital but never enough, just enough to keep the pain at a dull roar in my legs. But with some steel and plastic they eventually got me all fixed up
