Oh My GOODNESS, those are some pointy Nipples. Look like they have been tied up a time or 100... My ex had really big nipples, so just because you see a pic with big nipples does not automatically mean that the picture is photoshopped.

Can you see any evidence of the pic being photoshopped like a cut out line or fuzzy line somewhere? That's usually a tell when a pic has been photoshopped.
 
My ex and current both have enormous erect, always hard nipples. I know from first hands experience, both left and right, that their for real and wonderful to suckle, pinch, and pull!
