Help needed please... anyone ever had a little milky looking discharge whilst using a nipple pump?

Have you ever had a baby or induced lactation? If so, you may have some milky discharge with the right stimulation. Certain medications and herbs can also cause lactation.

Otherwise, or if you're concerned, read this. If you think there may be a problem, talk to your doctor so you can get a proper exam and any necessary tests to see what might be going on.

I havent done either, though do have hypothyroidism and Pcos, which can both lead to high prolactin

For what it's worth, I know some people (males, too) with accessory nipples can force out some creamy milk or pus-like substance, but as far as I know, it's just sweat, skin cells, etc.

Any time there is something wrong with your body and you're not sure about it just make a doctor's appointment. It is so much better to be safe than sorry when it comes to your body.

My ex, having never had a baby or on any hormones, when her nipples were played with or sucked excessively would lactate (or what appeared as lactation). The substance looked like milk and tasted almost like sweet cream. There were times with a thorough pinching she could even shoot it a couple of feet. That said, she was a 44ddd and it may have just been excess fat trying to escape through the ducts or something.

I wouldnt worry about it, it is just stimulating the glands by the pumping. My wife was taking some breast enlarging pills and also had some when you squeeze the nipple. She also likes me to suck on them during sex and I think that helps it also! It is just like a cow, LOL. After a cow has been bred the milk starts, if you keep pumping the milk keeps comming.

It was milk. That's what breastmilk tastes like - quite sweet and usually creamy.
