I bought some nipple magnets for myself and they do hurt! I have bigger nipples but to even get them to magnet the correct way I had to place them on either side of the start of my nipple. I can only wear them for less than 10 min. When I take them off my nipples hurt for awhile but it also feels good! I don’t wear them often but you could get nipple clamps where you can adjust the pressure.
