Nightmares!

I think I had one of my worst nightmares last night, I was going up at the stairs in a ferry, where Hannibal Lecter was aboard, he was going down the stairs, but then he ran after me, and then the nightmare ended.
It's not every night I get those nightmares, and I usually don't watch horror movies in the evening

sorry to hear that you had a nightmare. i know they are not nice.

i sleep very lightly and my dreams are always very vivid and really obscure so when i have a nightmare (very rarely) they are very vivid and horrific.

about 5 years ago i had a dream where i woke up (or so i thought) and was convinced that there was water covering my floor so i got out of bed to move a few things that i didnt want to get wet. and as i did i saw a huge flock of rats run across my bedroom floor towards the top of the staircase (i was in an attick bedroom at the time) and then i had a slight out of body sensation where i was looking at these rats eat my little 4yr old brother in his bedroom. i awoke screeming and shaking
