Niche Writing

Hi all,

I joined very recently and posted my first story today, which has had some nice comments. I love writing about chastity and forced feminisation, but I realise it's quite a niche area. I'm wondering if I ever try to sell stories on Amazon if I'll need to move into something more mainstream to attract a decent-sized readership, or if there's a market there?

Also, it would be great to get some writer-feedback. It's lovely to hear that the story excited a reader, but also great to hear from any writer who has technical notes.

As long as it's something Amazon will handle at all, I've found that most niche fetishes I write to for the marketplace do at least as well, if not better, than the standard fare does.

(The said, my most recent one, the cover of which is running as my current avatar, isn't selling at Amazon. Maybe because it's Christmastime during an uptick in the virus issue. LATER: Not this avatar. I've now changed the avatar to connecting with a story that posted on 27 December.)
