Former Sen. Fred Thompson, who'll be helping with the next Supreme Court judge decision.

Class act all the way, unless someone can convince me otherwise...

I really liked him on Law and Order.

Whenever the speed limit changes from 65 to 25 without any warning, that's him.

I remember seeing him being interviewed while he was still a senator.

He was about as gracious as any senator I've ever heard speak in the last 20 years - to both Democrats & Republicans.

Yeah, but he was up for an Emmy and the judges are all Liberals.

It's a nuclear reactor made in Canada. It runs on bacon and maple syrup instead of uranium.
Does that refer to you?
I didn't know you were nuclear.

I'll agree with you. I've thought for many years that he's a great man with good morals.

I, myself, am a conservative Republican; although, I'm not ultra political.

(Is that an oxymoron? Being conservative and posting on Lit at the same time? )

That depends on whether you mean conservative as in "Don't use my tax money to pay for your entitlement programmes!" or conservative as in "Repent oh ye sinners or the Lord shall smite thee!"

The former is immaterial to Lit, obviously, since it isn't government subsidised. The latter, so long as you feel there's nothing [overly] wrong with it, then I don't see how it's a contradiction.

Pics of naked men are the least of your worries when it comes to sin at Lit.
