next gen band aid idea

The military is developing a new bandaid, one that stays in place and won't come off and won't let in dust and water etc. The bandaid flexes with the body but is hard to the touch to protect the wound. It is paper thin. It also take some very special treatment to adhere and remove. However, they can't solve the blood problem, so they shelf the idea.

Someone finds the patent and decides it would make an good sex toy. Adhering to the sensitive bits of the body renders those parts virtually useless. It is very hard to remove without pain or the proper treatments or waiting a month. Attached to a person, it can make it very difficult to achieve sexual satisfaction. What's "the blood problem"?

Intriguing idea, although it seems counter-intuitive that inhibiting sexual satisfaction could lead to an erotic story. But then I like counter-intuitive. What did you have in mind?

The blood problem is that wounds bleed and you need to remove that. So a bandaid that won't come off to allow this would be bad.

The idea is basically like an impromptu chastity belt, except it would inhibit the enjoyment of sex. Put it on a subbie, for example.
