Thanks. While not convinced the media lies, I do believe that depending on culture, politics, etc, it can be severely biased, so I like to get as many sources as possible.

There. You are right, the press is biased. That's why I think it's important to not only stick to you own country's press, but also other countries, INCLUDING the ones within the countries involved. You may not agree, but it's interesting to see what they write.

I figure every press has some sort of agenda. If I research the underlying issues first, then review what the press says, I have a pretty good idea of what is going on.
