Lets all be honest here...I mean...he is the most powerfull man in the world. He can turn any country in the world into a sheet of green glass. One word, and a like 100'000 troops come across the shore anywhere in the world.

Its not about quanity, its about quality. For example, look at israel. They consistently manage to beat armies that are considerably larger then them, by agility, mobility, and flexiblity.
Another good example is Somalia, the battle of the black sea. While the United States took 18 casulties, the force of just over 100 men was able to decimate their attackers, and inflict casulties estimated anywhere between 2'200 and 5'400.
And finally, while China might have the largest standing army in the world, it can't do anything with it. China lacks the ability to a. airlift/sealift its troops anywhere, b. keep them supplied once they get there, and c. manage them once they are in combat.
Russia has more troops then we do, but nobody is really worried about the russians, either.
