Newbie writer with a question.

On Wednesday I had my first story accepted by Lit. and am pretty excited about it. However I'm confused. Perhaps I'm just over anxious.

I can see my story (Blue Light Special) listed in the "Erotic Couplings" section with a submitted date of 00/00/00. I can see it under my name in the "Authors listing" section. But it does not appear in "New Stories".
Isn't that where all the Lit. readers look for new submissions? I'm anxious to see how my first attempt is received by the readers.
I'm afraid if they can't find it, they can't vote on it.

Could someone let me know if this is just a case of a new writer being impatient?

You probably should use the contact us link below to ask Laurel about this. It sounds like a glitch in the script that caused the date submitted to be corrupted.
