Newbie needs help!

Hey i'm Nichola i just came across this thread by accident and have been reading a few of the posts. This is what i've been looking for! I love to be dominated by men and women but have always thought some of my desires, thoughts and fantasies were a bit strange. Anyway i guess what im asking is can anyone help me to learn a bit more about BDSM (what does BDSM stand for anyway?) and a basic rundown of what its all about?
