Sure thing.
You hit the 'post reply' button on my post and then go to the 'manage attachments' button at the bottom of tha page. Hit the 'browse' button and negotiate your hard drive to pick them out. Then hit the 'upload' button and if they are of the right size they should go right up.
If they are too big you'll have to resize but I can explain that too if you need it.

You can use GIMP or Photoshop but Microsoft photo editor is probably easiest.
Just open one up and then go to the top menu and hit 'picture' then from the drop down window choose 'resize'. A dialog box will open for you on the right hand side of the page. In that box there is a little gizmo with a downward triangle. Hit that and a list of sizes will appear. Either of the two 'web' sizes will do nicely.
Then just hit 'OK' from the bottom of the dialog box and then resave the photo. I usually use a suffix of 01 or A or something so the original stays intact.
