New UK Thread

I found out a couple of years ago after a bit of an episode, though I went through a counsellor not the NHS. She simply pointed out my traits and the rest I proved by research. I heard from someone that being diagnosed was 'a relief' and I totally relate to that. If you need support or the NHS stamp for diagnosis then there's nothing to stop you reading up and/or finding a counsellor in the meantime.

My latest stories now feature Hannah who is trans and on the spectrum and has been a good way to express myself.... bit of a plug... only saying 😁
Surprisingly no counsellors have picked it up.
I'll definitely check out your stories btw

Just done 3 3/4 hours in my garden after cleaning up from a cat that had done it's business on our house 'welcome' mat.
Now having a bloody Mary...minus the celery. Absolutely refreshing!

Your plans today ladies and gentlemen?

Oh dear Lord, please let the lionesses win. I'll publicly name the top 14 ladies l like the most if they do!

i plan on doing as little as possible for the rest of the day
went out first thing and spent 2 hours grubbing in overgrown, wet grass and dirt to run plastic fencing around the bare greenhouse frame and a bit more as a temporary chicken run, messing with the only little zip ties on hand (fiddly little bastards). Did that and picked some tomatoes and a gallon of figs.

clean, coffee, fan.... (y)

Ooh I love tomatoes with sea salt in fresh homemade bread.

Bloody hell, what a game. Just back from an impromptu conga down our street. Such a big deal for women and sport as much as England. Love those girls. More support needed at grass roots level in the UK - thanks Ian Wright for speaking up on that. Phew. What a relief ... but that's prob enough tinnies for one celebration

Well Said! Very very proud person here, sadly the conga isn't popular here in Bangkok at 02:30am.

I know it's 'only' football but this felt like such a key moment somehow - they had to win, they really did. They're such an inspiration to young kids. I'm exhausted and just a little drunk I expect. I ought to eat something shouldn't I?
