New to lit. trying to build my confidence back up after a bad accident

So I’m new to lit as of yesterday. I’m trying to rebuild my confidence after a bad accident two years ago! I went through depression plus tell myself that my scars are not attractive to the ladies. I talked my once outgoing ego into a isolated guy that I hate being! Please help me return my confidence!!!
