New stories published. Question about icons on account page.

Submitted a bunch of new stories the other day and 2 have been published. What a relief!!! Anyway, on the page of my account showing which ones, there are icons under the title and story description. First two are obvious, published and new, next couple are the reasons I’m asking. Thanks

It's far too early for the scores to mean anything. Check back in a couple of weeks and you'll have a better idea of the reception for these two stories.
