New shoes

What is it with shoe manufacturers and this plastic fake wax they put on shoes?

I just started stripping my new pair of shoes down to the leather, then Im gonna have to wax them back up to a halfway decent shine.

Why can't they just sell leather shoes in raw leather? It would make my life SO much easier.

You wouldn't buy raw leather shoes they look "unsaleable". Most cunts that buy shoes don't want the hassle of being part of the assembly process! Also lot of leather has a waxy look when it comes from the tannery so it isn't up to the shoe/boot maufacturer.

What I hate about buying new stuff is the amount of packaging or waste that goes into the recycling box right away or even the garbage.

Do you have any Idea how long it takes to strip these damn things? and then polish them back up?
