Sounds good, however I think it could use some tweaking here and there.
How does the non consent issue transfer to her son?
I also think a nice twist would be if the boy's friend was a girl, so mom could explore her bisexuality as well.

A woman's breasts sag if they are deplited of milk, however if she is pregnant again (even without showing), she will be generating more milk, and they will be full.

If you're 18 yourself, anything near or over 40 is old. I think it's all how you feel, if you feel older or younger than you actually are.

I don't think that is correct, but I don't really know. I can tell you for certain, however, that after the age of 40 women get MUCH more interested in sex.
