I just added that option because it was clear that Mike was trying to make this thread open to women by including the "I hate cock, I want my lesbian sex slave" choice. That wasn't a viable option for me (or a lot of other women), though, and since I was adding "big and heavy" anyway I figured I'd throw that in.

Are you familiar with Vixen Creations? They make a lot of "semi-realistic" silicone dildos. (Note that although they are pictured in crazy colors, the color chart at the top shows they are all available in Vanilla and Chocolate.) The "wildly colored dolphins and rabbits" are actually more likely to be Japanese creations than because lesbians don't want realistic dildos. Toys In Babeland has some of the more fantastical dildos, IIRC. Oh, and go to the Tantus dildos page at Blowfish and look for the Butch and Hank - they seem like pretty realistic silicone dildos to me.
