Austin, Texas ENQUIRER - George Bush Sr. broke down today and admitted to past marital affairs. He claims that while in most cases he was very careful to choose only women who were sterile, there was that one broad in the 50s. He states that the prevelence of television in the 50s were contributing factors in his unmarital dip into a fertile woman without prophylactics. "She looked just like June Cleaver, what man could resist that?" Bush Sr. was reported to say. Corrine Pulliam, the reported adultress, has not been available for comment, but sources close to the ex-veep's mother say that Bush did indeed knock her up in the 50s. Dan Quayle is his bastard child and George Bush Jr's half brother. This news has not been met with the expected shock in many circles. "Oh, so that explains it," one senior Washington official, who asked to remain nameless, states.
