I find that two Tylenol PLUS two Advil perform wonders on headache pain. Better than one would expect from either alone.

The combo was actually recommended to me by a dentist a while back.

But this DOES seem to work. Not sure I would recommend it long term (possible kidney damage, I would fear), but on special occasions as needed . . .

Whenever I start to feel the slightest anything coming on, I stop completely and rest. That's the fastest way to get over anything. I have found that if I don't do that immediately, then my illness takes much longer.
