New Neighbor (restarted, closed)

Jack Severin stretched, then started helping his friends move his stuff into his new apartment. The apartment was huge, and he hadn't met the neighbor yet, but it would prove to be interesting. The apartment building was small. Two large apartments on each floor. His apartment was on the second floor, so they had to take everything up the stairs. Several long hours and a lot of painkillers later, they had everything inside the apartment. Jack sat quietly on his couch, resting, while his friends took off for their places. He sighed, then started to close his eyes, when there was a knock on the door. He stood up slowly, groaning, and walked over to the door, opening it. Before him stood a gorgeous woman with dark hair, big breasts, and an outfit that screamed sexgoddess. He raised an eyebrow, looking the woman up and down, then started to speak. "Who are you?"

She giggled, then handed him a plate of cookies. "Welcome to the building, handsome. I'm your neighbor on this floor." She looked him up and down in return, having to resist the urge to do something about the sudden arousal she had at his looks.

18 yr old Kimberly welcomed her new neighbor with come homeand cookies. wanting to look good she decked out her 5'10 120# frame w/32C's w/ a peach blouse,black pleated skirt3" above her knees,nude thigh highs and 2" strappy peach heels as she introduced herslef and said welcome.

Jack blinked, then nodded. "Hi. I'm Jack. Uh...thanks. I just hope no one has a problem with my music." He stretched, and looked at her more closely.

Kimberly says not at all I prefer hard rock myself. If there is anything I can do for ya let me know. I think its a duty to be good neighbors she says as she hands himthe cookies w/ a semi flirtatious smile.

Jack raised an eyebrow, and grinned. "Well, I listen to some of that too, but most of my music is not what most Americans would consider normal. Most of it comes from Japan." He smiled, and took the cookies, setting the plate on the counter beside the door.

She said "well I guess ill be going now" she said as she stepped toward her door hoping for an invite of some sort from her new neighbor awaiting his eaction.

Jack smiled, then thought for a moment, before speaking. "Hey, want to come in for tea or something?" He looked at her, holding the door open.

she said that would be nice as she entered for tea he wondered what was under her skirt and if he could 'accidenltly" cop a feel of his new neigbor

He raised an eyebrow, then smiled. She really looked cute in that skirt. He wouldn't mind feeling her up. Then he quickly sobered up and started the water for tea. "Any particular preference?"

She said "i prefer green tea w/a lemon if you got any" as she sat down crossing her long legs

He grinned, and put a bag of green tea in her cup, and some Irish Breakfast for him, considering the time. After several minutes, he pulled the bags out, and dripped lemon juice into hers, adding sugar to his.

he wanted so bad to feel her up as she sat long legs crossed as she sips on her tea and says tis is good tea and she is glad a nice guy like you moved in as there had been plenty of jerks before. as she said she would help him feel comfortable and make it feel like home as soon as she could so he wouldnt feel out of place as she said call me or knock on my door anytime as she said she was on same floor at end of hall

He smiled, and nodded. Then he sipped his tea, eating some of the cookies. He considered, and yawned. "Where's the best place to do laundry around here?"

they put the tea down as she leads him downto the laundry room and shows him the washers and dryers in the room as no one else was down there as it was growing late.

He followed her a little confused, and then smiled. He surveyed the laundry room, and nodded as he saw the large oversized machines. "These will do nicely. I'm going to have to buy detergent though." He turned to look at her, and smiled. "So, anything else I should see in the building?"

what would you like to see in this building I know where everything is she said with a smile as he got a wicked grin wantin to feel her up so bad.

He grinned at that thought, then shrugged. "Dunno. Are there any single women here?"

she laughed a bit and said "well technically i am as I just broke up with my boyfriend last week. but yes there are a few" she says as she shows him around the laundry room. as he thinks about feeling her up.

He raised an eyebrow at that, having a hard time believing a woman that goodlooking was single. He followed her around the laundry room, letting her show him around. When she stopped, however, he accidentally bumped into her, his hand rubbing the spot between her legs.

She gasped at the "accidental" contact as she blushed a bit as she heard him say"excuse me I am so sorry" she said that was ok and what else here would you like to see.

He stepped aside from her, and shrugged. "I dunno. Maybe I should head back up to my apartment."

sure there is nothing esle you wish to see here since you are new and all" He really wanted to just grope her and make a bold statement.
