New Name

in RL actually. I've been thinking of changing my first name for a while(For some reasons I hate mine and I can't really introduce myself as "Weevil" anymore and I was wondering what you thought would be better

1) Using one of my middle names as a first name. I could avoid having to legally change things and just shorten my first name to an initial. Like C. Montgomery Burns

2) Find a completely new name!

3) Get over myself and wear my name as my burden.

How many middle names do you have?

If you like one of them, I'd use this option.

It was just a suggestion, maybe more how I would think about it personally. Someone with a weird first name that decided to use their middle name wouldn't seem all that strange to me. No legal paperwork necessary, very simple change.

Someone who goes to court to get a whole new first name would seem a little more odd to me.

My sister tried to change her name to her middle name when she was younger. Her first name is one of those super-common girl names and she hated it. She tried to get us to call her by her middle name, but it just didn't work. Of course, she was a kid and my parents were a-holes about the change, so that might have been why it never took.
